• Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Damages and Issues

• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions

• Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

• Condition Requirements: We do not refund or exchange worn products or products without original tags.

Refund Process
